We aren't afraid to place our pricing on our site, unlike the majority of SEO companies out there. Our pricing methods are like our SEO methodologies - Ethical. A common trick in the industry is to first assess your business and sales and essentialy determine what you could afford for SEO. We don't take that approach.

SEO work needs to be completed in 2 stages. The first stage we start by optimizing your site and the number of pages you wish optimized. The second stage is where we perform the monthly work to gain the rankings. Below is pricing informaiton for each stage of SEO.

Before you hire us as your SEO company we will first supply you with a Free SEO Analysis that will look at the keywords you are interested in, or we find are best suitable for your industry and compare them to your site to determine what are realistic keywords your website can target and attain. With this analyisis we will provide you an estimate of how long it will take to see results.

Onsite SEO Optimization Services - Stage 1

Onsite SEO optimization includes:

• Checking of your website's code for errors and possible barriers that will impede the search engines from crawling your site or ranking your site well.
• Keyword analysis and a keyword to page map including all pages optimized
• Title, Description, Keyword and Robot meta tags written for each page optimized
• Keyword density scans for each page optimized
• Content optimization to ensure proper keyword density for each page optimized
• Changes installed by our design specialists if needed

Onsite SEO Optimization Pricing:

$50 per page up to 10 pages
$40 for pages 11-20
$30 for pages 21 and more

Per page fees are billed for up front.

Monthly SEO Optimization Services - Stage 2

Our monthly SEO services include the work that will be completed each month to gain and then maintain high rankings for the keywords optimized with the Onsite SEO Optimization. Depending on how competitive your keywords are your site may need more links or paid links to gain better rankings or you may wish to understand your traffic and visitor behaviour with our monthly traffic and conversion analysis reports.

In addition to our monthly SEO services we can also offer detailed and actionable traffic and conversion analysis that helps to take Google analytics and put it into terms you understand. Through the Google Analytics data we can identify problems with your site and problems converting visitors to customers. Our analysis is backed by some of the best real world marketing experience that has melded with online marketing experience, giving us a unique ability to understand online behaviour and consumer behaviour. Services such as this typically cost $500 to $1000 for one report, we included this report in our monthly SEO pricing above at $199 and $299 per month.

Press Releases and Article Submissions

Press releases and article submissions are great ways to build quality inbound links and gain valuable advertising. Press releases provide a site with a surge or immediate visitors and inbound links.

Our fee for 1 article submission is $100, it will be submitted manually to 5 premium article websites. The article must be supplied for us to submit. The reason for this is that articles at the premium article sites must be written by authorities in the industry, and since we can't be an authority in every industry, the article is best written by someone of experience and knowledge, you. We will of course polish the article if needed and optimize it with key inbound links to your site when possible. This service is also included in our $299 monthly pricing option.

Our fee for a press release is $300 to $600 depending on which release company and options choosen. We will help to write and polish the press release with you in the correct format, optimize it for inbound links to your site and submit it through 1 of 2 PR release sites with a number of release options customizable around your desire for local submissions or simply as a link building option.

Social Media Marketing

Social Media Marketing is utilizing the social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Linked In or through marketing a Blog to build a following and draw those visitors to your site. Social Media Marketing ties in very well with SEO as this type of marketing also helps to build a good stream of quality inbound links to your site. Shopping Engine Marketing

If you have an Ecommerce site there are other alternatives to only marketing with Google and the search engines. Shopping Engines are sites such as Shopzilla, Price Grapper and NexTag.
